Get into school routine a week earlier- go to bed as if they go to school next morning.

My little boy was 6 months when he started nursery and I had breast fed exclusively. When the time came for us to spend a day apart he wouldn’t take a bottle.

My tip to any breast feeding mums is integrate a bottle in to your feeding routine before your little one goes in to nursery so that your baby will eventually take a bottle when you aren’t there. It will save lots of tears!

He’s 3 now so this time next year he’ll be getting ready to start school – i’ll be looking out for other mums tips on that one!
